Pre-Construction
We want to start your project out right and the only way to do that is to be prepared.
Our goal is to keep you on schedule with no unexpected bumps in the road that will cost us time and money.
We will help you through:
- Working with your budget to source materials, value engineer, and create a schedule that is realistic and cost effective
- Ordering materials and making sure those with long lead-times will be there on schedule
- Review drawings and existing dimensions
- Document coordination, insurance collection, and logistics
General Construction
Our field and office teams will make sure to keep the job running smoothly and on schedule.
We make sure all of our subcontractors on site are properly insured and adhering to our safety procedures.
In addition, we also:
- Conduct weekly meetings with our project managers, office staff, and management to review jobs and make sure we are on schedule.
- Have an on-site safety manager that visits sites to make sure our employees and subcontractors are adhering to safety requirements
- Offer meetings with clients at whatever frequency you would like. You can be involved as little or as much as you are comfortable with.
- Stay connected on the job with Procore, so our clients, subcontractors, architects, project managers, and office staff are all on the same page.
Post-Construction
We will review our work and make sure the entire scope has been covered.
Our project managers will walk the job with you to review and take in any questions or concerns you may have.
We will also:
- Prepare close out packages including lien releases, warranties, as-builts, etc.
- Offer a post-construction meeting to review the job

Spaces
– We work with a number of commercial property management companies to prepare offices spaces for the rental market. Whether it be move out repairs from a prior tenant, or a complete remodel, we are equipped for any size job.
Tenant Improvements
We’ll work with the tenant and building owner to design and build a space that meets the tenants needs and budget. We can value engineer and come up with alternatives to keep you within a price range you feel comfortable with.
