About ACS

Advance Construction Services was started in 1994 by Kip Kamerdula and Vernon “Rocky” Buff who were working in the commercial construction industry for a large firm and decided they wanted to build their own company focused on solid relationships.

Through the years we have built a reputation for being honest, open, and never leaving a job until it’s completed to our high standards. 

Our team consists of not only our own employees, but our subcontractors, architects, and clients. We find that working in an open and collaborative environment yields the best results and the happiest customers. Many of our subcontractors have been working side by side with us for years, which not only gives us the confidence they are doing high quality work, but they are also upholding the values our company was built on. 

As our industry, and technology, evolves we strive to keep up with the changing landscape of the field. We are a Procore Certified company, which gives our clients, subcontractors, and architects access to our system and serves to keep everyone on the same page throughout the entire construction process. We are always looking for new ways to improve our workflows and efficiency. 

Advance Construction Services is here to help for any size project. From a bathroom remodel to large distribution facilities, we will be there for you. Our estimators and project managers will guide you through the design process, scheduling, pricing, and construction phases of the project. If we can find a way to value engineer the job and save you some money, while not compromising the integrity of the work, we will.
